Experience
1. Communication with relocation agencies / companies / individual families.
2. Receiving and responding to initial contacts from families or from host Companies or Relocation Companies.
3. Continuous follow up with families prior to relocation to South Africa.
4. Issuance of a letter/email of formal enrolment at the school and, if needed, completion of government documentation for the student’s initial study permit.
5. Working with parents, human resources departments, or relocation companies to renew study permits.
6. Telephonic and email communication with local and expat families interested in having their children attend AISJ.
7. Assistance in planning two new parent orientations.
8. Assisting in the coordination of the new student registration in August.
9. Coordination with the PA’s Ambassador Program to welcome new families.
10. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Admissions Coordinator.
