Responsibilities & Context
- Female candidates aged between 18 and 35 years are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Japanese Visa Counseling, student consulting, overseas education services, or visa processing will be highly preferred.
- Strong ability to achieve and exceed monthly sales, enrollment, and customer acquisition targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with the ability to guide prospective students and clients effectively.
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, online inquiries, social media messages, and customer follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
- Demonstrated success in telesales, telemarketing, lead conversion, customer engagement, and sales closing techniques.
- Capable of counseling students regarding educational programs, training courses, visa requirements, and enrollment procedures.
- Confident in presenting information, addressing objections, and converting potential leads into enrolled students or customers.
- Willingness to participate in video content creation, promotional campaigns, webinars, and live sessions on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including internet browsing, email communication, online chatting, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and digital data entry.
