Handle customer inquiries regarding air tickets, tours, and visa services through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Book and issue domestic and international air tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Stay updated on airline fares, routes, schedules, promotions, and travel policies.
Coordinate visa applications, hotel reservations, and travel insurance for clients.
Prepare and provide detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel packages to customers.
Communicate with airlines, embassies, and partner agents to resolve booking or visa-related issues.
Maintain accurate client records, payment information, and monthly sales reports.
Support marketing and social media activities for travel promotions, offers, and group tours.
Ensure excellent customer service, follow-up, and after-sales support to maximize client satisfaction.
