Handle visa application processing and passport/form completion for multiple destinations, including the USA, Canada, Turkey, Australia, Malaysia, UK, Schengen countries, Korea, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Croatia, Thailand, Armenia, Lithuania, Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, and others.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa requirements, application procedures, and processing timelines for all countries.
Manage client interactions professionally, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a high standard of service.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized support.
Successfully convince and guide clients through the appropriate visa solutions, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
