  • Proven experience in Denim and Garments Dyeing Factory.
  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
  • Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the garments and textile industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Present the factory's washing and dyeing capabilities to clients, including innovative techniques, sustainability practices, and compliance certifications.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and financial agreements.
  • Communicate clients' requirements (e.g., design, washing style, finishing) to the production team.
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new washing technologies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market demands to recommend new service offerings.
  • Prepare reports on market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and agreements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager or Senior Management.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
