Web & App Developer (Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted)

Context

Holidayzer is looking for two resourceful and adaptable developers to join a new client project focused on modernizing an existing portfolio of English-language websites, managing the client’s CRM, and improving a web/mobile application.

This is not a traditional from-scratch development role. The team will use AI-assisted development tools, primarily Claude, along with other modern technologies to accelerate development, troubleshoot issues, and deliver practical, production-ready solutions.

The ideal candidates should be curious, self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technologies quickly. A computer science degree is not mandatory; practical development ability and a strong portfolio of work are more important.

The selected developers will work closely with each other while gradually taking greater ownership of client communication, project delivery, technical decisions, and ongoing improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and improve existing English-language websites.

• Manage and configure the client’s CRM system.

• Modernize and maintain the web/mobile application.

• Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude for development, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Understand existing codebases and systems and implement effective improvements.

• Communicate professionally in English with clients and team members.

• Collaborate closely with the other developer and share technical knowledge.

• Gradually take ownership of technical decisions, project tasks, and client requirements.

• Quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and project requirements.
