- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools

- Mentorship & Teaching Skills: A strong passion for mentoring, guiding, and inspiring students to excel in web design and development. Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred but not mandatory.
- Expertise in WordPress: Proficiency in WordPress, including theme development, plugin customization, and integration.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, Laravel, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and other web development tools and frameworks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. UX/UI Design: Basic understanding of UX/UI principles to create user-friendly websites.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize web content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional web development work.
Responsibilities & Context
To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Web Design & Development (WordPress) Mentor who is educated, disciplined, honest, sincere, hardworking, eager to learn, a team player, and proactive. This position is based at our Banani Office.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using the PHP Laravel framework.
- E-commerce & Solutions: Build and customize e-commerce platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy projects that align with client requirements.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support through technical challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently and on time.
- IT Support: Manage basic IT tasks and provide support for internal office management systems.
- Office Administration: Assist with general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Graphic Design: Contribute to graphic design tasks as needed.
- Social Media & Channel Management: Maintain and manage the company’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.
