Responsibilities & Context

  • Floor Inspection & Issue Resolution: Inspect the production floor, identify problems or worker grievances, and take necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with floor cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and employee health and safety regulations across all production areas.
  • Maternity Management: Identify and register maternity cases, supervise all related matters, and ensure proper follow-up with pregnant workers.
  • Medical Check-ups & Training: Conduct monthly medical check-ups for pregnant women, provide maternity training, and ensure proper support throughout the process.
  • Maternity Payment: Oversee the timely payment of the first and second installments to registered maternity mothers.
  • Occupational Accident Monitoring: Monitor and report occupational accidents in the factory, conduct injury investigations and root cause analysis, and maintain the injury register.
  • Training & Awareness: Organize training sessions on company rules, regulations, safety, health and hygiene, buyer-specific codes of conduct, and other relevant topics.
  • Committee Meetings & Documentation: Organize meetings for committees such as the Participation Committee (PC), Safety Committee, and Canteen Committee. Prepare meeting notices, documentation, and ensure active participation.
  • Committee Member Updates: Maintain an up-to-date list of committee members (e.g., PC, Safety Committee) and ensure their details and pictures are posted on the floor for visibility.
  • Training Plan & Record Keeping: Develop and maintain training plans and schedules, keep documentary records of all training and awareness programs, and regularly update training files.
  • New Employee Orientation: Conduct orientation training for new employees and maintain accurate records.
  • Complaint Management: Actively engage in complaint management, including receiving complaints, investigating, addressing, and resolving issues efficiently.
