Educational Background:
  • A Master's degree or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline may also be considered, with preference given to highly capable candidates.
  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institution is highly desirable.
  • Candidates with degrees in Agriculture, Veterinary, or Fisheries are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma holders may also be considered for the role.
  • For candidates with significant experience, the educational qualification requirement may be relaxed.
  • Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales operations within the Poultry, Fisheries, Livestock, Dairy, or Agro industries is required.
Skills and Competencies:
  • A positive mindset and the ability to work in critical or challenging environments.
  • Basic mathematics knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and environments as part of a transferable job role.
Flexibility and Mobility:
  • Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh, as the job may require relocation or traveling based on the company’s needs.
Other Requirements:
  • Only male candidates are eligible to apply for this role.
  • A valid driving license and a smartphone are mandatory.
  • Candidates should be presentable, approachable, and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet the company's sales targets.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
Lead and Manage Sales Team:
  • Oversee and guide the sales team to ensure they are motivated and effectively driving sales.
  • Provide leadership and support to ensure team success.
Collaboration with Marketing Team:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, following the instructions and strategies provided by the Head of Marketing and Sales.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
Supervise Territory Sales Executives:
  • Monitor the performance of territory sales executives to ensure sales volume targets are met.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to help them improve their performance.
Technical and Dealer Support:
  • Provide technical assistance and sales support to dealers to help them achieve sales objectives.
  • Ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
Client Development and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and acquire new clients, while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Ensure clients receive exceptional service and support to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Execution of Marketing Activities:
  • Implement all marketing activities according to the company's plan and guidelines.
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Take on any additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to support the company's objectives.
  • Adapt to new assignments as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
