Responsibilities & Context

  • Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality, freshness,expiration dates, packaging, integrity, and overall product condition of products.
  • Ensure products and processes adhere to relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality control procedures.Analyze data from the quality and freshness audit score,identify trends, customer feedback, and report findings to the management (propose required improvements).
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assessments,freshness evaluations, and month-to-month audit reports and prepare comprehensive reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide training to employees on quality and freshness standards, product handling, storage, housekeeping, food safety regulations, inspection procedures, and quality control methods.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of products in the store.Communicate findings, recommendations, and concerns to management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • identify the financial risk of the organization and propose recommendations to reduce the risk.
