Supervise production and precision processes including jute spinning, weaving, dyeing, processing, finishing, and printing. Manage technical operations and R&D for the development of specialized Jute/Cotton fabrics, Jute Yarn, Sonali Bags, synthetic blended fibers, and eco-friendly shopping and fashion bags. Lead the technical team in machinery maintenance, mill installation, production optimization, and advanced textile engineering activities.
