Oversee and manage technical support operations for both retail and corporate IPTSP subscribers, ensuring high service availability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with ICX, CISP, and ANS partners for Short Code services, LTFS, interconnection requirements, and other telecom-related operations.
Design and implement IP Telephony and VoIP solutions, including network architecture, integration strategies, capacity planning, and service optimization.
Manage Linux-based server infrastructure, virtualization environments, operating system deployment, firewall administration, and security configurations.
Configure, integrate, and maintain telecom platforms and equipment, including FXO/FXS Gateways, Elastix/Issabel, ViciDial, Grandstream/Yeastar IP-PBX systems, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and legacy telecom systems.
Administer and maintain Class 5 Softswitch platforms, including subscriber provisioning, system integration, troubleshooting, billing management, and service optimization. Experience with iTel Softswitch will be considered a significant advantage.
Manage SMS service platforms, including A2P and P2P SMS gateways, while ensuring seamless interoperability with vendors, CISP, and ANS partners.
Perform proactive system monitoring, performance analysis, and fraud detection activities to ensure service reliability and security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including NOC, Billing, Business Operations, and Sales, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring prompt support and resolution of technical issues.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and escalation support to junior engineers through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the department or management as required.
