Provide primary medical consultations and appropriate treatment to employees. Respond to workplace injuries and medical emergencies, providing necessary first aid and medical support. Conduct initial patient assessments and offer appropriate medical advice. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports. Monitor occupational health issues and recommend suitable preventive measures. Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors when referrals are required. Support employee health awareness, vaccination, health screening, and wellbeing initiatives. Monitor and maintain adequate stocks of medicines and medical equipment. Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and housekeeping within the medical center. Assist management in implementing occupational health and workplace safety initiatives. Maintain strict confidentiality of employees’ medical information.

  Process purchase orders and coordinate with local and international suppliers for raw materials and components. Prepare and verify import documents, including L/C, Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin. Coordinate with banks for L/C opening, amendments, and document retirement. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and C&F agents for shipment, customs clearance, and delivery. Ensure timely clearance and compliance with HS Codes, customs valuation, duties, and import regulations. Monitor shipment schedules and cargo status and update relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of imports, duty payments, suppliers, and vendors. Reconcile import costs, freight, and duties while supporting cost-saving initiatives. Resolve documentation, shipment, and quality-related issues with suppliers and agents. Coordinate with Production and Planning teams to align import schedules with requirements. Prepare MIS reports on import status, lead time, and costs for management review.
