We are looking for a motivated, target-oriented, and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, build strong client relationships, promote real estate projects, and drive property sales while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of assigned sales targets.Job Responsibilities:✔ Generate and follow up on leads for real estate projects✔ Communicate with prospective clients and understand their property requirements✔ Present project features, facilities, pricing, and payment plans to potential buyers✔ Arrange and conduct client meetings and property/site visits✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients✔ Negotiate with clients and support them throughout the sales process✔ Develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels✔ Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales activities✔ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
