Conduct structured and hands-on training based on the NSDA Level 3 Computer Operation competency standards. Provide practical instruction on advanced word processing, including document formatting, layout design, mail merge, and professional documentation. Train learners in spreadsheet applications covering complex formulas, data analysis, charts, and conditional formatting. Develop trainees’ proficiency in professional presentation software and workplace-oriented digital tools. Provide comprehensive training on English and Bangla typing, including Bijoy and Unicode/Avro keyboard layouts, with emphasis on speed and accuracy. Guide learners on internet research, professional email communication, cloud-based file sharing through Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and basic data backup and cybersecurity practices. Organize regular typing exercises, practical laboratory assignments, and mock competency assessments to monitor progress and prepare trainees for NSDA evaluations. Maintain accurate attendance records, competency portfolios, and learner performance documentation in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Provide continuous mentoring, coaching, and workplace-readiness support to trainees, particularly those from underrepresented and informal workforce backgrounds.

Responsibilities Supervision of Non-Formal Education (NFE) Centres Oversee NFE teachers and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of assigned learning centres. Monitor student attendance, identify children at risk of dropping out, and coordinate with teachers and families to support retention. Assist in organizing teacher coordination meetings and refresher training programs. Awareness Campaigns & Community Mobilization Facilitate awareness campaigns for factory owners, supervisors and workers on child rights, child labour and employer responsibilities. Conduct sensitization sessions on legal working hours and safe working conditions for adolescent workers aged 14–18. Distribute IEC materials and support community-level awareness and mobilization activities. Conduct age-appropriate sessions for children on hazardous work, Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), and legally compliant workplaces. Engage parents, community leaders and local stakeholders in child protection initiatives. Support birth registration and other activities promoting child rights. Child Labour Elimination Committee (CLEC) Support Coordinate with tower management to facilitate the formation and effective operation of Tower-Based CLECs. Support monthly CLEC meetings and assist in monitoring child labour-related activities at the tower level. Monitoring & Reporting Maintain accurate records of field activities, attendance and project documentation. Prepare and submit regular activity and progress reports to the Project Officer. Assist with field-level data collection for monitoring and evaluation purposes
