  Provide safe and reliable transportation for hotel guests, VIPs, staff, and airport transfers. Assist guests with luggage and travel arrangements while ensuring comfort and professional service. Drive confidently while following traffic rules, standard routes, and hotel procedures. Maintain professional communication and provide helpful information about hotel facilities, restaurants, activities, and nearby attractions. Coordinate with the hotel’s airport representative and relevant departments. Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, well-maintained, and ready for use at all times. Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain repair, servicing, fuel, mileage, and maintenance records. Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic tickets, and other incidents to the supervisor/manager promptly. Maintain accurate trip records, logbooks, fuel/oil usage, mobile consumption, and mileage. Follow scheduled maintenance and reporting procedures and perform other duties assigned by management. Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
