Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new property sales leads through various channels. Communicate with potential buyers and understand their property requirements and preferences. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups. Convert qualified prospects into successful sales through effective communication. Maintain updated lead and customer records and monitor follow-up activities. Participate in field visits, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities. Work toward achieving assigned individual and team sales targets. Prepare regular sales activity and lead status reports for management.
