Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective application support, troubleshooting, and user guidance for medical laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans, business development initiatives, and territory growth strategies to achieve organizational sales objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor monitoring to evaluate product positioning, pricing trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities.
Identify target customer segments, assess customer requirements, and generate valuable market intelligence to support sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers to strengthen market presence and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients, channel partners, and internal teams to identify business opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support successful project execution.
Promote medical diagnostic products, laboratory solutions, and healthcare technologies through product demonstrations, customer presentations, and technical discussions.
Prepare and execute weekly customer visit plans to ensure regular engagement, follow-up activities, and business development opportunities.
Provide product training, application guidance, and after-sales support to end users and laboratory personnel.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, service requests, and market feedback for reporting and business planning purposes.
Collaborate with sales, technical service, and management teams to improve customer experience and drive sustainable business growth.
Support promotional campaigns, scientific events, workshops, and customer awareness programs to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.
