Job Context Central Inn, a luxury boutique Hotel & Suites, is a prestigious three-star standard hotel featuring 76 rooms, fine dining and rooftop restaurants, gym, lobby café, banquet hall, Zenspa & Salon, and G Spa. The hotel is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional with a strong hospitality industry background to join its team. Key Responsibilities Execute hotel sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue and KPI targets. Generate new business and build strong client relationships. Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities. Handle tour contracts, site inspections, and client visits. Manage digital marketing, social media, booking platforms, and website content. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities. Maintain updated client databases, quotations, contracts, and correspondence. Represent the hotel at trade fairs, tourism events, and promotional activities. Organize client entertainment and networking activities. Prepare weekly sales & marketing reports for management.
