  Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and petty cash. Support cash and bank reconciliation and routine accounting data entry. Maintain and organize accounts payable/receivable documents, invoices, bills, and vouchers. Assist in preparing ledgers and accounting records under supervision. Monitor inventory and support basic cost tracking activities. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain accounting records in Odoo ERP. Assist with financial summaries, expense trackers, and MIS reports. Support procurement documentation, including vendor comparisons and purchase order tracking. Assist in audit preparation by organizing required documents. Coordinate with internal teams on daily finance and operational activities. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the Manager, Finance & Accounts.

The internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real-world business processes, ERP implementation, system support, and technology-driven operations within a professional work environment. Assist with Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation. Support Odoo modules including HR, Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, POS, and CRM. Perform basic Python coding and provide backend support. Assist with testing, debugging, documentation, and system troubleshooting. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Support database management and system maintenance. Coordinate with internal teams to understand and address ERP-related requirements.
