  Manage inbound/outbound receiving, storage, and issuance of fabrics, trims, accessories, and finished goods. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for relevant departments. Reconcile physical stock with system records and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper warehouse layout, labeling, FIFO practices, and storage discipline. Accurately maintain store documents including GRN, Issue Slips, Stock Ledgers, and related records. Ensure compliance with fire safety and safe storage policies for all warehouse materials. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Commercial teams for timely material delivery. Supervise store personnel and ensure proper warehouse security, cleanliness, and discipline.
