Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) is the central trade body and advocacy group for the IT/ITES & BPO industry in Bangladesh. As a non-profit organization, BACCO plays a vital role in promoting the growth and development of the industry, enhancing its global competitiveness, and fostering a conducive business environment. 

Since our inception in 2011, we represent the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Call Centre industry in Bangladesh. Our core mission is to cultivate an environment that fosters the creation of hundreds of thousands sustainable middle-income jobs for Bangladesh's youth by creating Bangladesh as one of the major hub for foreign businesses to outsource to.

Among all events of BACCO, ‘BPO Summit Bangladesh’ has been the largest congregation of the IT stakeholders arranged by BACCO in the year 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2023. The BPO summits have played vital role in the development and growth of the BPO industry as from the graphs it is seen that, industry revenue amounted 300 USD in 2018 from 160 USD as a positive outcome of the summits as it gained full exposure of the international stakeholders.
