The Marketing & Sales professional will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives while overseeing advertising programs and related revenue activities throughout the pre- and post-sales process. Key responsibilities include preparing media plans, implementing and optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance, preparing reports, ensuring client retention and renewals, and addressing advertiser concerns efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities Contribute to new business development and maintain strong client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Identify and explore new business opportunities. Contact prospective clients, make calls, and arrange meetings. Attend client meetings alongside the team. Manage, monitor, and maintain ongoing marketing campaigns. Collect creative briefs and coordinate effectively with internal teams. Monitor service quality and evaluate campaign performance. Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives set by management. Contribute to overall team performance and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
