Safely operate company vehicles, including Toyota, Pajero, Prado V8, and Range Rover, while ensuring passenger comfort and vehicle safety. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices at all times. Maintain the cleanliness, proper condition, and routine upkeep of assigned vehicles. Plan efficient travel routes and ensure timely transportation for management and other assigned personnel. Remain flexible to work under pressure and accommodate urgent or extended driving schedules when required. Immediately report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements to the concerned authority. We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive – Tax & VAT to manage the organization's tax, VAT, customs, and regulatory compliance activities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual Tax & VAT returns within the stipulated deadlines and ensure timely settlement of government liabilities. Represent the company before Tax and VAT authorities for assessments, hearings, audits, and related compliance matters. Coordinate with the Accounts and Internal Audit departments to ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Tax and VAT regulations. Prepare Tax and VAT audit reports and independently handle correspondence, inspections, and compliance requirements with regulatory authorities. Monitor, analyze, and reconcile accounting data to ensure compliance with Tax, VAT, and financial reporting standards. Oversee the organization's Tax & VAT accounting operations and maintain proper books, registers, and supporting documentation. Prepare VAT Challans, maintain VAT-related ledgers, and ensure proper record keeping of all tax-related documents. Provide guidance on Tax and VAT planning within the framework of applicable laws to optimize tax efficiency while maintaining full compliance. Deliver a comprehensive range of tax compliance services in accordance with prevailing laws, regulations, and statutory deadlines. Prepare, review, and submit all required tax documents, returns, and regulatory reports accurately and on time. Identify potential tax risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions to minimize financial and compliance exposure. Manage corporate Tax and VAT provisions, compliance processes, reconciliations, and statutory reporting. Coordinate and manage Tax and VAT audits, responding to regulatory queries and information requests efficiently. Handle all Customs, Bond, Import, and Export-related taxation matters in compliance with government regulations. Maintain effective communication with regulatory authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth compliance operations. Perform any other Tax, VAT, Customs, or Finance-related responsibilities assigned by management
