Manage the front desk and reception area by greeting, welcoming, directing, and appropriately assisting visitors. Respond to inquiries and complaints, handle incoming calls, and redirect calls or take messages through the PABX system as required. Distribute various documents to office employees as needed and coordinate with different departments to assist in resolving administrative issues. Receive incoming courier items and distribute them to the appropriate recipients while maintaining accurate records of all couriers and documents received at the office. Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s appointments with office employees and external guests. Compile and submit daily newspaper data within the specified timeframe. Make outbound calls using the company database and collect, verify, and record various types of information for future reference. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
