Preferred Qualifications ✔ Practical experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, EventBridge, RDS, SQS, and related cloud-native technologies. ✔ Experience designing and developing microservices and event-driven architectures. ✔ Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in a professional environment. ✔ Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, B2B eCommerce solutions, or ERP system integrations. ✔ Familiarity with Linear or similar modern project management and collaboration platforms. Key Technical Responsibilities ✔ Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Node.js/TypeScript or Python (FastAPI). ✔ Design and optimize multi-tenant PostgreSQL database schemas and write efficient database queries. ✔ Build and maintain event-driven workflows using AWS messaging services such as EventBridge, SQS, and SNS. ✔ Develop secure and reliable integrations with ERP systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party APIs. ✔ Manage cloud infrastructure components, including caching, storage, search services, and API gateways. ✔ Utilize AI-powered coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, refactoring, testing, and documentation. ✔ Collaborate asynchronously with US-based Solution Architects through Linear, actively participate in code reviews, and maintain high engineering standards.

Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content in both English and Bangla for the company website, blogs, landing pages, and service pages. Conduct keyword research and optimize content with appropriate titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and search-friendly formatting. Improve on-page SEO by optimizing URLs, image alt texts, internal linking, content structure, and overall website performance. Perform regular website SEO audits to identify and resolve on-page issues, including missing meta tags, broken links, slow-loading pages, mobile usability issues, and crawl errors. Implement and maintain SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, schema markup, image optimization, and content enhancements. Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools, and prepare performance reports. Plan, script, create, edit, and publish SEO-optimized promotional and educational videos for YouTube, Facebook, and the company website. Optimize video content with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, chapters, captions, and subtitles to maximize visibility and engagement. Build, manage, and maintain website pages, including service pages, landing pages, blog pages, and lead-generation pages using the company's CMS or website builder. Ensure all website content, images, videos, and other digital assets are accurately uploaded, properly formatted, regularly updated, and optimized to maintain a professional, user-friendly, and search engine-friendly website. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to execute digital campaigns and continuously improve website performance and online visibility.
