• Level -1 support for ETL’s entire internal IT-enabled services for all product and Technologies. • Ensure all our customer’s Technical Level-1 & RMA Support. • Tele-Sales and product promotion activities. • Customer relation and R&D support. • Prepare service bill for RMA products.    

✔ Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience. ✔ Update, maintain, and organize customer information and records in the ERP system accurately. ✔ Analyze business-related data and prepare reports to support different operational and business requirements. ✔ Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, company policies, and procedures. ✔ Understand and assess customer needs to provide appropriate support and ensure customer satisfaction. ✔ Handle and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues efficiently, escalating unresolved matters to the appropriate department when required. ✔ Coordinate closely with internal departments to improve customer service, communication, and overall support. ✔ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management as required.
