Manage merchandising activities from order confirmation to shipment for woven products. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders. Forecast order volume and placement based on customer communication. Monitor production progress, critical paths, and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabric booking, packing list approval, and raw material flow. Prepare bulk TNA, production documents, and hand over complete files to the Supply Chain team. Update order status in the M&S system and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. Resolve production and shipment-related issues while maintaining strong customer relationships. Perform any other merchandising duties assigned by management.
