Job Context The role is responsible for managing end-to-end product development for assigned brands, covering design coordination, sample development, buyer communication, raw material sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration. The position will ensure products are developed according to brand requirements while maintaining quality standards and meeting agreed timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead the complete product development process for assigned brands under the guidance of the HOD. Collaborate with the HOD to understand and execute design briefs. Develop design and product sample presentations based on customer mood boards. Prepare professional tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Communicate with buyers, designers, and sourcing offices regarding product development requirements. Coordinate design specifications with the CAD team and work closely with the sample room to ensure accurate and timely execution. Ensure finished samples meet required brand quality and design standards. Source, select, and book raw materials (RM) for sample development and maintain proper sourcing records. Coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing, Production, and other cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand image and smooth development process. Perform other duties relevant to the role as assigned by Management.

This position will be responsible for managing production planning, capacity planning, order loading, Fast React (FR), and production performance to optimize resources, ensure smooth production, achieve timely shipment, control costs, and meet overall business targets. Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare and maintain production plans, capacity plans, order booking, loading plans, and line plans based on order status, available resources, and shipment requirements. ✔ Monitor daily production against the planned targets, identify root causes of deviations, and implement appropriate corrective and recovery actions. ✔ Manage Fast React (FR), push-pull production, line loading/opening, style changeovers, and production plan changes to ensure efficient workflow and production continuity. ✔ Monitor orders, shipment schedules, PCD, production status, capacity, and RM (Raw Material) status, identify potential delays, and develop necessary extension or recovery plans. ✔ Coordinate with SCM, Store, Merchandising, Sample Room, and Production teams regarding fabric, trims, RM availability, inventory, receiving, and other production requirements. ✔ Prepare and circulate CP, production, RM, shipment, capacity/loading, PCD, line opening, style changeover, plan change/CM impact, 14-day challenge, booking, and YTD sales reports accurately and on time. ✔ Attend daily CP meetings, lead team meetings, communicate critical planning and production issues to HOD/management, and ensure timely resolution. ✔ Lead the Production Planning team and ensure timely execution, optimum resource utilization, on-time delivery, production efficiency, profitability, and continuous process improvement.
