Plan and coordinate product photography, fashion shoots, podcasts, promotional videos, and other creative productions. Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting systems, and other production equipment effectively. Set up, adjust, and manage studio and outdoor lighting according to project requirements. Develop appropriate lighting moods, compositions, camera movements, and visual effects to match the creative direction of each project. Work closely with directors, photographers, editors, and other creative team members to achieve desired production outcomes. Maintain consistent visual quality, framing, lighting, and overall production standards across projects. Handle basic setup, troubleshooting, organization, and routine maintenance of camera and lighting equipment.

Oversee and manage the studio’s daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate studio bookings, production timelines, client requirements, and internal team activities. Contribute to achieving monthly sales and revenue objectives. Communicate with clients regularly and develop strong, long-term customer relationships. Provide support across sales, administration, HR, and general operational functions. Manage employee coordination, attendance, leave records, work schedules, and basic HR documentation. Monitor studio resources, equipment utilization, and day-to-day operational needs. Prepare and maintain reports covering sales, expenses, bookings, and overall studio performance. Ensure client projects and assigned requirements are executed efficiently and delivered within agreed timelines.
