Job Context We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, construction documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of design quality and project delivery. Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. ✔ Develop comprehensive architectural working drawings, construction drawings, layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed design documentation. ✔ Coordinate architectural designs with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design accuracy and project integration. ✔ Prepare design presentations, presentation boards, 3D visualizations, material specifications, and project documentation. ✔ Ensure all architectural designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK Building Rules, Fire Safety Code, and other applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. ✔ Prepare, review, and process architectural drawings and documents for approval from RAJUK and other regulatory authorities. ✔ Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure execution complies with approved architectural drawings and project specifications. ✔ Review contractor shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals, recommending modifications where necessary. ✔ Resolve architectural and design-related issues during construction and provide technical guidance to project teams. ✔ Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, Clients, and internal departments to ensure timely project execution. ✔ Prepare project documentation, technical reports, design reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates for management. ✔ Ensure architectural works are completed with high-quality standards while maintaining project budgets, timelines, and cost-effectiveness. ✔ Research new construction materials, architectural technologies, and industry trends to improve project quality and innovation. ✔ Perform any other architectural, design, or project-related responsibilities assigned by the Head of Architecture or Management.

Job Context We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Draftsman (AutoCAD) to support our Architecture Department by preparing accurate architectural working drawings, construction documentation, and regulatory submission drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills, a solid understanding of building construction, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams. Key Responsibilities ✔ Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD. ✔ Develop accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, door and window schedules, detailed construction drawings, and architectural detailing. ✔ Modify and revise drawings based on architects' instructions, project requirements, and site conditions. ✔ Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design consistency. ✔ Prepare submission drawings for RAJUK, Cantonment Board, and other regulatory authorities as required. ✔ Ensure all drawings comply with BNBC, RAJUK Building Rules, applicable regulations, and company drafting standards. ✔ Maintain organized drawing files, revision histories, document control records, and project documentation. ✔ Assist Architects in preparing design presentations, project documentation, material schedules, and technical reports. ✔ Prepare accurate as-built drawings upon project completion to reflect final construction conditions. ✔ Conduct site visits to verify measurements, collect site information, and ensure construction work matches approved drawings. ✔ Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Teams, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve drawing-related queries and technical issues. ✔ Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and coordination before submission or construction. ✔ Maintain confidentiality of project information and ensure timely delivery of assigned drafting tasks. ✔ Perform any other architectural drafting or technical responsibilities assigned by the Head of Architecture.
