Gonoshasthaya Pharmaceuticals Limited (GPL) is a private limited company established in 1976, whose 100% shares are owned by Gonoshasthaya Kendra (People`s Health Centre), a charitable trust. It is one of the largest pharmaceutical production units in Bangladesh, established with the aim of producing WHO listed essential drugs with internationally accepted quality and low price.To produce medicines on the basis of need of the unprivileged or underprivileged people, GPL has been serving to fulfill the basic needs of people`s health care in Bangladesh.
