Greenbud is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and results-driven professional for the position of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Administration. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable operations, financial administration, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, VAT procedures, and administrative operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s financial and business activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain financial accuracy, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth through effective financial controls and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable activities by monitoring outstanding balances, conducting payment follow-ups, and ensuring timely collection of customer payments.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through regular communication, account reconciliation, and effective collection management practices.
Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate financial records, including petty cash management, bill registers, vouchers, ledgers, and other accounting documentation.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare VAT-related documents, including Mushak 6.3, VAT challans, and VAT return submissions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Monitor financial transactions, verify supporting documents, and ensure proper recording of accounting entries within the accounting system.
Coordinate closely with HR and management teams regarding employee records, payroll administration, compensation matters, and benefits management.
Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and other analytical reports to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, taxation requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Deliver professional client support through telephone communication, email correspondence, and face-to-face meetings when required.
Support audit activities by maintaining accurate documentation and providing relevant financial information during internal and external audits.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, administrative efficiency, and overall financial management practices.
