We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities ✔ Monitor and regularly check student application status through university websites, admission portals, and relevant platforms. ✔ Follow up with universities and institutions regarding application progress, offer letters, admission decisions, and required updates. ✔ Communicate with students regarding their application status, admission updates, and next steps. ✔ Follow up with students regarding tuition fee deposits and payment deadlines after receiving offer letters. ✔ Maintain accurate records of applications, offer letters, payment status, deadlines, and student communications. ✔ Coordinate with students and university representatives to ensure the admission process moves smoothly and within the required timelines. ✔ Identify pending actions and provide timely reminders to students to avoid missed deadlines or delays in the admission process.
