  Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance data of branches, Territory Business Managers (TBMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), and Relationship Managers (RMs). Compare actual performance against targets, conduct variance analysis, and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Assist in preparing the department’s annual budget and establishing KPIs aligned with overall business objectives. Lead periodic campaigns and training initiatives to support continuous employee development. Identify and assess SME financing opportunities and support the development of financial products tailored to SME needs. Identify and develop new products and customized services for targeted customer segments. Review existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support the development and improvement of the credit application process for smoother operations and a better customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to re-engineer and automate loan processes, improving customer satisfaction and strengthening competitive advantage. Litigation function-এর নেতৃত্ব ও supervision প্রদান করা, including in-house case management, court proceedings ও hearings। IPDC-এর overall litigation portfolio পরিচালনা করা, including case monitoring, legal actions, recovery-related litigation এবং Head of Legal-কে নিয়মিত reporting করা। Litigation matters-সংক্রান্ত Management decisions ও legal strategies সময়মতো বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা। Legal inquiries ও proceedings-এর ক্ষেত্রে courts, government authorities, law enforcement agencies এবং অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে coordination ও representation করা। External legal counsel/panel lawyers-এর কার্যক্রম coordinate ও monitor করা এবং assigned cases-এর timely follow-up নিশ্চিত করা। Litigation status, risks, developments এবং প্রয়োজনীয় actions সম্পর্কে Head of Legal/Management-কে নিয়মিত updates ও reports প্রদান করা। Management কর্তৃক assigned অন্যান্য duties ও responsibilities সম্পাদন করা। Pressure-এর মধ্যে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা, multiple priorities effectively manage করার দক্ষতা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব গ্রহণের মানসিকতা থাকা।
