Handle manual and online shipment bookings with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and concerned parties. Prepare and submit Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other export documents accurately within deadlines. Prepare, submit, and follow up on BL drafts through manual and online platforms for timely confirmation. Generate and upload e-Invoices and required export documents through buyer portals. Prepare export documentation and arrange EXP, Bank NOC, CNF Certificates, and other bank-related documents. Distribute complete export document sets to C&F Agents, banks, buyers, and other relevant stakeholders. Submit export documents to banks in accordance with L/C terms and conditions for LC shipments. Manage documentation and payment follow-up for TT-based shipments. Ensure all export documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines. Update export transactions in the ERP system and maintain proper documentation records. Prepare accurate monthly export statements and reports. Prepare and maintain Excel-based P/L reports, particularly for Eurofiel buyers, with proper follow-up. Coordinate with Merchandising, Commercial, Accounts/Finance, C&F Agents, Banks, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarders, and Buyers for smooth export operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, banking procedures, export regulations, and other applicable requirements.         

✔ Lead and oversee all Finish Fabric Store operations to ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory management, and timely fabric supply to production ✔ Supervise, guide, and train store staff; assign daily responsibilities, prepare work schedules, and monitor team performance ✔ Review, approve, and monitor ERP/system entries related to fabric receiving, issuing, stock movement, and inventory transactions ✔ Plan and maintain optimum inventory levels based on production requirements and raise purchase or material requisition requests when necessary ✔ Ensure proper receiving, inspection, identification, storage, and handling of finished fabrics in accordance with quality, safety, and operational standards ✔ Coordinate closely with Dyeing, Washing, and Production teams to ensure fabrics are available according to daily production requirements ✔ Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, 5S, and workplace standards and support continuous improvement initiatives ✔ Verify, review, and sign daily, weekly, and monthly stock, inventory, and fabric consumption reports ✔ Coordinate with Commercial and Procurement teams regarding fabric booking, shortages, urgent requirements, deliveries, and material availability ✔ Handle internal and external audits and provide necessary support during compliance and inspection activities ✔ Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, inventory issues, and operational challenges promptly and effectively ✔ Provide clear guidance and support to executives, store personnel, and workers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations ✔ Monitor team performance against KPIs and take necessary actions to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency ✔ Develop team capabilities, motivate employees, and maintain a disciplined, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment ✔ Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all fabric store activities ✔ Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management to support overall production and supply chain operations

Sound knowledge of building construction techniques, materials, and processes. Familiarity with interior works, including false ceilings, partitions, flooring, finishes, and carpentry. Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and interior design drawings. Basic understanding of MEP coordination, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Knowledge of quality control standards and site inspection procedures. Understanding of workplace safety regulations and applicable building codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Basic knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation. Familiarity with interior design drawings will be considered an advantage. Ability to plan, monitor, and control material usage and inventory. Knowledge of cost control and measurement, including RA and final bills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to communicate with clients effectively and professionally resolve site-related issues.
