JK Group, a leading 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Company in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated professional for the position of Officer – Spare Store (Spare Parts) at its South Dariapur, Savar, Dhaka facility. Key Responsibilities: Maintain sound knowledge of spare parts inventory, including various types of machinery and equipment spare parts used in factory operations. Manage and maintain the overall Inventory Management System, ensuring accurate stock records and timely reporting to management and concerned departments. Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual stock and delivery reports. Receive spare parts and materials from suppliers, verify quantities and specifications, and monitor inventory levels based on operational requirements. Ensure proper storage, identification, traceability, and organization of materials in accordance with 5S principles and warehouse best practices. Supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe storage, efficient space utilization, and proper handling of inventory items. Ensure timely delivery of the right materials, in the correct quantity and quality, to the appropriate departments to support uninterrupted production activities. Maintain and preserve all store-related records and documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, departmental requisitions, gate passes, and inventory records. Regularly monitor and maintain cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and compliance standards within the store and warehouse areas. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and operational efficiency.

Develop, review, and implement HR and Administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation, leave management, grievance handling, and workplace-related concerns. Lead, supervise, and coordinate HR, Administration, and Compliance teams across both corporate and factory operations. Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while maintaining operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, workplace safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison for legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and timely KPI assessments. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment. Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies and workforce planning with overall business objectives.

Supervise and oversee all laboratory testing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards. Manage correlation and proficiency testing processes, including result verification, specimen dispatch, and submission of test reports to clients and relevant organizations. Lead and supervise team members by providing guidance, performance feedback, work allocation, and leave approvals to ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure proper chemical dosing and treatment processes for Dyeing, ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), Cooling Tower, DM Plant, and related operations. Monitor and ensure the safe handling, storage, and application of chemicals used in dyeing operations. Maintain water quality standards through regular testing, monitoring, and accurate record-keeping of water analysis reports. Ensure proper maintenance of daily operational records related to ETP, WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and Dyeing processes. Support and monitor knit dyeing and finishing production activities to ensure operational efficiency and quality compliance. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities. Analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures. Contribute proactively to a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. Utilize ERP systems, computer applications, and Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and operational management.

Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, workstations, servers, and network infrastructure. Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Deliver first-level technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner. Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software applications, and network devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and connectivity issues efficiently. Monitor, maintain, and support the organization's CCTV surveillance system. Assist in deploying software applications, updates, and security patches while ensuring proper licensing and documentation. Support the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, IPBX systems, and Wi-Fi access points to ensure secure and uninterrupted connectivity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and support activities. Prepare and submit reports on system performance, incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions. Support the implementation and enforcement of IT security policies, ensuring the protection of company data, systems, and infrastructure. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and continuous improvements. Perform server and database backup operations and support disaster recovery planning and execution. Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure uninterrupted IT services and support. Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or concerned authority.
