Site Supervision: Oversee daily interior fit-out, carpentry, and finishing activities to ensure all work is executed according to approved designs and specifications. Quality & Progress Monitoring: Inspect completed and ongoing work for quality and compliance with architectural drawings, while preparing regular progress reports. Coordination: Maintain effective communication and coordination among clients, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Material Management: Manage material requisitions, distribution, inventory, and usage while minimising material wastage and maintaining proper site control.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels, with clear objectives and measurable KPIs. Work closely with content, sales, customer service, and other relevant teams to ensure consistent and well-coordinated marketing campaigns. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, analyse campaign data, and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations. Improve website performance by monitoring and optimising organic traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and overall user experience to generate quality leads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging industry trends, customer insights, and potential opportunities for business growth.

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research. Client Meetings & Presentations: Meet with prospective and existing clients both in person and virtually to present products, explain features, and address their requirements. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms, prepare business proposals, and successfully close deals while achieving assigned sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and performance reports using CRM and other relevant software. Customer Communication: Regularly communicate with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to generate and maintain business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong creative ability, imagination, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare conceptual and demonstration designs for interior and exterior structures. Manage design projects from the initial concept through to final completion. Collaborate closely with designers, decorators, architects, contractors, and other relevant professionals. Use appropriate computer-aided design software and applications throughout the design process. Demonstrate flexibility to work under pressure and undertake extensive travel when required. Ensure that design solutions meet customer expectations and achieve a high level of client satisfaction. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
