About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Logistics to lead and manage the company’s end-to-end logistics, warehouse, shipping, and delivery operations. Since furniture is large, heavy, and often fragile, efficient logistics management is a critical part of ensuring customer satisfaction and business success. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete movement of products—from receiving raw materials and furniture components to warehouse management and the safe, timely delivery of finished furniture to customers. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Team Management ✔ Lead, manage, and guide the logistics, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.✔ Plan manpower, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance across logistics and delivery functions.✔ Establish efficient workflows and ensure operational activities are completed according to company standards and schedules. Inbound & Outbound Shipments ✔ Oversee all incoming shipments, including imported materials, raw materials, furniture components, and supplies.✔ Manage outgoing shipments and ensure finished furniture is dispatched accurately and on schedule.✔ Coordinate shipment schedules, transportation requirements, documentation, and delivery arrangements.✔ Monitor the movement of goods from suppliers and warehouses through final customer delivery. Vendor & Transportation Management ✔ Coordinate with shipping companies, transport providers, truck drivers, and third-party delivery partners.✔ Negotiate competitive transportation and logistics rates while maintaining reliable service quality.✔ Evaluate logistics partners based on cost, reliability, delivery performance, and service standards.✔ Build and maintain strong working relationships with logistics and transportation service providers. Warehouse Management & Inventory Control ✔ Ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, clean, and operationally efficient.✔ Develop proper storage and handling procedures for large, heavy, and fragile furniture products.✔ Ensure furniture and materials are stored securely to minimize damage, breakage, and loss.✔ Monitor inventory movement and ensure physical stock records remain accurate and up to date.✔ Coordinate with relevant teams regarding stock availability, dispatch schedules, and warehouse requirements. Customer Delivery & Installation ✔ Ensure on-time and damage-free delivery of finished furniture to customers.✔ Oversee home delivery operations, including white-glove delivery, setup, and assembly services when required.✔ Monitor delivery performance and resolve transportation or customer delivery issues promptly.✔ Maintain high service standards throughout the final-mile delivery process. Cost Control & Operational Improvement ✔ Monitor logistics and transportation expenses to ensure costs remain within approved budgets.✔ Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs, delivery delays, product damage, and operational inefficiencies.✔ Develop practical strategies to improve delivery speed, logistics efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.✔ Track key logistics performance indicators and provide regular operational updates to management.

About The Role: We are looking for a Fabric & Material Designer/Specialist to select and develop upholstery fabrics, colors, textures, patterns, and finishes that align with furniture designs, current market trends, and customer preferences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in fashion, textiles, color coordination, interior design trends, and furniture design. Key Responsibilities Choose appropriate fabrics, colors, textures, patterns, and finishes based on individual furniture designs. Research the latest fashion, textile, interior, and furniture trends to create modern collections. Match and coordinate fabrics with foam, leather, wood, metal, stitching, and other materials. Organize and update the fabric library and seasonal material collections. Identify and source new fabric options from both local and international suppliers. Assess fabric quality, durability, colorfastness, abrasion resistance, and upholstery performance. Create fabric proposals and mood boards to support new product development. Coordinate with Product Design, R&D, Production, Merchandising, and Procurement teams. Develop suitable fabric combinations for various product categories and market segments. Track competitor offerings and global furniture and fashion trends. Ensure selected materials meet cost, quality, commercial, and production requirements.

✔ Design, develop, and maintain the company website with responsive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces. ✔ Develop, customize, and maintain the company’s e-Commerce platform to support smooth and efficient online sales operations. ✔ Develop and manage key e-Commerce features, including product catalog, product details, shopping cart, checkout, customer accounts, and order tracking. ✔ Implement and maintain online sales functionalities, promotional campaigns, offers, and digital commerce features. ✔ Integrate and maintain payment gateways, courier/delivery systems, inventory management systems, and other third-party services. ✔ Manage product uploads, pricing, offers, banners, product information, and website content in coordination with relevant departments. ✔ Ensure optimal website speed, security, uptime, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. ✔ Monitor website traffic, customer behavior, online orders, and sales performance using appropriate analytics and reporting tools. ✔ Implement SEO-friendly website structures and technical improvements to increase organic visibility and traffic. ✔ Troubleshoot and resolve website, e-Commerce, payment, order processing, and online sales-related technical issues in a timely manner. ✔ Develop and implement new website features and functionalities based on business requirements and customer needs. ✔ Ensure proper website backups, data security, and protection of customer and transaction information. ✔ Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, SCM, IT, and other relevant teams to support digital business and online sales activities. ✔ Prepare regular reports on website performance, online orders, sales, conversion, traffic, and other key digital KPIs. ✔ Continuously monitor industry developments and stay updated with the latest web development, e-Commerce, SEO, digital marketing, and online sales technologies. ✔ Identify opportunities to improve the overall online customer experience, website performance, and e-Commerce revenue.
