Job Responsibilities Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct regular client visits and business meetings to promote company services and generate sales opportunities. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate, cost-effective logistics solutions. Prepare and submit competitive freight quotations in coordination with the Pricing and Operations teams. Follow up consistently on client inquiries, quotations, and prospective business opportunities. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully convert potential leads into confirmed business. Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, shipping lines, customers, and internal teams to support business development activities. Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, quotations, leads, and business opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential business growth areas. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales/business targets. Maintain excellent customer service and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term customer retention.
