Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk policies, procedures, reporting standards, and risk appetite aligned with business objectives. Monitor business activities to identify emerging risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies, policies, and process improvements. Review and enhance internal credit risk guidelines and policies in response to changing market conditions, regulatory requirements, and industry trends. Conduct periodic stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact on the credit portfolio and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Analyze delinquent portfolios to identify root causes of credit deterioration, recommend corrective actions, and monitor implementation to ensure timely resolution. Provide strategic risk management insights and contribute to management committees on matters related to credit and enterprise risk. Support credit risk system implementation and enhancement projects by defining business requirements and ensuring effective risk recognition, measurement, and reporting capabilities. Lead the continuous enhancement of the Credit Risk Measurement Framework to strengthen portfolio quality and decision-making. Deliver risk management training, guidance, and awareness programs while mentoring and evaluating team members to build organizational risk capability. Monitor the effectiveness and integrity of risk measurement methodologies, management information systems (MIS), and reporting tools to ensure alignment with the institution's approved risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
