Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily, monthly, and annual Agro-Vet and NPKS production operations to achieve approved targets within the scheduled timelines. Supervise the end-to-end NPKS manufacturing process, including raw material feeding, batching, blending/granulation, drying, cooling, screening, coating, and packaging as required. Ensure all production activities are carried out in accordance with approved specifications, SOPs, GMP, quality standards, safety guidelines, environmental requirements, and applicable regulations. Track key production indicators such as yield, material usage, wastage, rejection, rework/recycling, downtime, equipment utilization, and production costs, and implement corrective measures when necessary. Ensure the timely availability and efficient utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, machinery, utilities, and other production resources in coordination with relevant departments. Lead and supervise production personnel by managing manpower allocation, shift operations, employee performance, training, discipline, and productivity to maintain efficient plant operations. Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to ensure material availability, product quality, equipment reliability, and uninterrupted production. Identify and address process deviations, production bottlenecks, abnormal operating conditions, quality concerns, and equipment-related issues by coordinating appropriate corrective actions. Maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records, process logbooks, material consumption records, SAP/ERP entries, and daily and monthly production reports to ensure proper traceability. Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing productivity, reducing costs and waste, improving operational efficiency, supporting audits, and ensuring timely resolution of production-related observations.
