Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. Apply robust architectural principles, including Clean Architecture and BLoC, to ensure modular business logic and maintainable code. Implement mobile security best practices based on the OWASP Mobile Top 10, including SSL/TLS certificate pinning, secure data storage, and encryption. Strengthen application security through anti-tampering measures, Runtime Application Self-Protection (RASP), code obfuscation, and root/jailbreak detection. Integrate mobile applications with backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and Google Maps Platform services, including Maps SDK, Places API, and geolocation tracking. Develop native Kotlin and Swift components using Flutter Platform Channels to access operating system features and security hardware. Monitor and optimize application performance to maintain smooth 60/120 FPS rendering while minimizing memory leaks, UI lag, and battery consumption. Automate mobile application testing, continuous integration, and deployment (CI/CD) for publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.    

  Oversee the complete UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from initial research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design. Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, identify challenges, and analyze behavioral patterns. Transform research insights and business requirements into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Develop and maintain a consistent design system and reusable component library to ensure a unified visual and functional experience across products. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility, clearly defined project scopes, and accurate implementation. Conduct usability testing and continuously refine designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, user behavior, and analytics. Present design concepts, research findings, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterative improvements. Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices, particularly in FinTech and Mobile Financial Services (MFS) products.

Conduct regular reconciliation of Uddokta, Merchant, and Customer KYC data and properly document and escalate any discrepancies. Identify, analyze, and report KYC-related mismatches, missing information, duplicate records, and processing errors within the defined timeline. Prepare periodic reconciliation and KYC analysis reports, highlighting key trends, recurring issues, backlogs, and operational gaps for corrective action. Prepare and share reports with internal stakeholders regarding processed Uddokta, Merchant, and Customer DKYC cases. Ensure timely preparation and submission of Uddokta, Merchant, and Customer DKYC processing reports through proper validation and reconciliation. Analyze document processing data and highlight volumes, backlogs, rejection trends, discrepancies, and critical operational issues to relevant stakeholders. Prepare, validate, and circulate the daily ESSAU calculation report to the concerned departments. Identify and escalate critical data and system-access issues to the appropriate unit and follow up until resolution. Provide timely operational and reporting support for assigned activities.
