Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders regarding credit facilities, loan processing, and financial documentation. Prepare, review, verify, and submit credit-related documents, applications, and supporting paperwork while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking requirements. Collect, validate, and organize customer information and documentation required for loan approvals, credit assessments, and financing arrangements. Assist in the preparation of credit proposals, loan applications, financial summaries, and related reports to support credit evaluation and decision-making processes. Coordinate with customers, banking partners, and internal departments to facilitate timely processing and approval of credit facilities. Monitor the progress of loan and credit applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and follow-up actions are completed promptly. Maintain systematic filing, record management, and documentation control for all credit, loan, and financing-related records. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, banking guidelines, and documentation standards throughout the credit processing cycle. Support management by preparing credit analysis reports, portfolio updates, financial documentation, and performance summaries. Assist in identifying documentation discrepancies, resolving credit-related issues, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and financial institutions. Generate periodic reports on credit status, loan processing activities, document compliance, and operational performance for management review. Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing credit administration efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer service quality.
