Location: South Dania, Jatrabari, Dhaka (On-site)Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Nebs-IT Solution Ltd. is seeking a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives, generate qualified business leads, and drive brand growth through data-driven online marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital marketing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Develop and implement end-to-end lead generation strategies for Website Design, Web Development, UI/UX Design, and other digital services. Create digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion rates. Prepare content calendars, campaign briefs, creative concepts, and storyboards for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Collaborate closely with the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Development Team to ensure timely and consistent campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, conduct A/B testing, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns for improved performance. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities. Manage and optimize social media marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices. Perform any other digital marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
