Job Overview
Netcom Trade International is looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing and brand development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven marketing strategies, managing digital advertising campaigns, strengthening the company's online presence, and leading the creative team to support business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Lead all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, technical, local, and content optimization.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to improve search engine rankings.
Monitor website performance, organic traffic, backlink profiles, and user engagement while implementing continuous optimization strategies.
Optimize landing pages, website content, metadata, and user experience to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms.
Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment (ROI), implementing A/B testing and optimization strategies to maximize results.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop and implement social media strategies to strengthen brand engagement and online visibility.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Creative Design & Multimedia
Design professional digital and print marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Create product packaging, brochures, catalogs, banners, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
Produce, edit, and publish promotional videos, product demonstrations, and social media content.
Develop motion graphics and short-form videos to support digital advertising and branding campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare monthly marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, mentor, and supervise the Digital Marketing and Creative teams to ensure high-quality and timely project execution.
Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and promote continuous learning and professional development.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, media partners, and other stakeholders whenever necessary.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Traditional Marketing, and other departments to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
Market Research & Brand Management
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices.

NETCOM TRADE INTERNATIONAL is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper/In-Charge to oversee inventory management and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products while ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and regular inventory reports.
Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to ensure proper inventory rotation and stock control.
Issue raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products against approved requisitions while maintaining accurate records.
Ensure the safe storage and proper preservation of raw materials, packaging materials, and other inventory items.
Coordinate the receipt of materials from suppliers and ensure timely issuance to the production department.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, stock movement records, and other required documentation.
Monitor stock levels regularly and notify the concerned department regarding reorder requirements to prevent stock shortages.
