NOVOAIR is a leading private airline in Bangladesh, headquartered in Banani, Dhaka. The company was established in 2007 as an aviation service provider and commenced commercial passenger flight operations on 9 January 2013, initially operating between Dhaka and Chattogram. Over the years, NOVOAIR has developed a strong presence in Bangladesh's domestic aviation sector, focusing on safety, punctuality, passenger comfort and service quality. The airline also introduced SMILES, its frequent-flyer program, along with digital services such as mobile ticketing and web check-in. As of 2026, NOVOAIR continues to operate domestic services and has served more than 8 million passengers over 13 years of operations.
