We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to lead sales operations and drive business growth in the IT and Branding sector. The ideal candidate should have strong field-level experience along with in-depth knowledge of IT and Branding products, services, and market dynamics. Job Description / Responsibilities ✔ Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and plans for IT and Branding products and services. ✔ Network Expansion: Expand and strengthen the professional and business network to increase market reach and generate new business opportunities. ✔ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, authorized partners, and key industry stakeholders. ✔ Sales Performance: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to consistent revenue growth and business expansion. ✔ Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and prepare market intelligence reports highlighting competitor activities, challenges, and emerging opportunities. ✔ Promotional Activities: Plan and organize promotional campaigns, client engagement activities, and regular field visits to strengthen market presence. ✔ Operational Reporting: Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and performance updates while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. ✔ Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and supervise the sales and marketing team, including conducting annual performance evaluations of team members and subordinates.

✔ Install, configure, and troubleshoot various technical solutions, including Networking Solutions, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Traditional & Online UPS, LiFePO4-based Hybrid Inverter Systems, Hybrid Solar Systems, PABX Systems, PA Systems, and related technologies. ✔ Supervise technical projects and work effectively as a Project Engineer, ensuring proper execution of assigned project activities. ✔ Work across different projects and adapt to varying project requirements and site conditions. ✔ Coordinate and supervise technical teams working at different project sites to ensure timely and quality execution. ✔ Stay updated on Information Technology (IT), emerging technologies, and innovative technical solutions relevant to the organization’s projects. ✔ Conduct regular field visits to inspect project sites and ensure proper implementation, installation, and quality standards. ✔ Work collaboratively as an effective member of a multidisciplinary technical team. ✔ Perform any other project-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
