* Welcome and assist students, parents, university representatives, B2B clients, and other visitors professionally. * Handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and direct queries to the relevant team. * Respond to student queries through Messenger and other social media channels in a timely and professional manner. * Coordinate appointments, meetings, visitors, and meeting room schedules. * Coordinate with counsellors to ensure a smooth and positive student experience. * Support the team with basic educational content and short videos about study destinations, universities, and student services. * Maintain a professional reception area and support day-to-day office coordination. * Maintain basic records, documents, and office communication.
