  বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প, জমি ও সাইটের সঠিক পরিমাপ এবং সার্ভে কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। Digital ও Manual Survey-এর মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংগ্রহ, যাচাই ও সংরক্ষণ করা। Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS সহ বিভিন্ন Survey Equipment পরিচালনা করা। Chain, Compass, Level ও অন্যান্য প্রচলিত Manual Survey পদ্ধতিতে কাজ করা। Survey Data অনুযায়ী Drawing, Layout ও Measurement Sheet প্রস্তুত করা। AutoCAD ও অন্যান্য Survey/Mapping Software ব্যবহার করে Digital Drawing ও Map তৈরি করা। Site Measurement-এর মাধ্যমে জমি, রাস্তা, ভবন ও অন্যান্য স্থাপনার অবস্থান ও সীমানা নির্ধারণ করা। Field Survey Data যাচাই করে নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া। Site Engineer, Project Manager ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা। Survey Equipment-এর যথাযথ ব্যবহার, সংরক্ষণ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা। প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য Survey-related দায়িত্ব পালন করা।

Job Context Planet Hospital is seeking a dedicated, responsible, and patient-oriented Residential Medical Officer (RMO) to provide continuous medical supervision, inpatient care, emergency support, and clinical assistance. The position will also contribute to the smooth and effective operation of the hospital’s residential medical services. Job Responsibilities Ensure continuous monitoring and supervision of all admitted patients, including conducting ward rounds at least twice daily. Assess patients, establish diagnoses, and provide appropriate treatment for both admitted and emergency cases. Conduct routine ward visits and closely monitor patients’ overall clinical condition. Respond promptly to emergency cases and provide immediate medical care. Take appropriate clinical measures during critical and life-threatening situations. Monitor patients’ vital signs, treatment progress, and responses to prescribed medications. Maintain complete and accurate patient records, prescriptions, clinical notes, and treatment documentation. Coordinate patient care with Consultants, Senior Medical Officers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Refer patients to relevant Consultants or higher-level healthcare facilities whenever required. Ensure doctors’ instructions, prescriptions, and treatment plans are implemented appropriately and on time. Explain treatment procedures, medical advice, and follow-up requirements clearly to patients and their attendants. Ensure proper patient handover and effective communication of important clinical information between shifts. Supervise routine clinical activities and provide necessary support to nursing teams when required. Respond immediately to medical emergencies occurring within the hospital. Maintain professional conduct while ensuring ethical, confidential, and patient-centred care. Ensure adherence to hospital policies, infection prevention and control measures, and established clinical protocols. Prepare and submit emergency, incident, and other required medical reports accurately. Participate in clinical audits, patient safety initiatives, quality improvement programs, and other hospital improvement activities. Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and high standards of patient care. Follow hospital policies, infection-control measures, and established clinical protocols. Perform all types of routine Ultrasonography (USG) examinations. Conduct TVS (Transvaginal Sonography) and Anomaly Scans with proficiency and accuracy. Prepare accurate and detailed Sonography reports based on patients’ clinical requirements. Maintain professional, respectful, and responsible communication with patients. Strictly follow hospital policies, medical guidelines, and relevant clinical protocols.
