✔ Explore new sales opportunities and market potential for ongoing and ready-to-sell land/plot projects. ✔ Work with a target-oriented approach to achieve assigned monthly and overall sales targets for ongoing and ready plot projects. ✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement. ✔ Develop relationships with new customers, understand their requirements, and convert prospects into successful sales. ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat sales, referrals, and long-term customer engagement. ✔ Follow up on assigned customer leads regularly and take necessary actions to maximize lead conversion and sales results. ✔ Conduct regular and effective visits to public and private offices, corporate organizations, and potential customer locations for marketing and sales promotion. ✔ Participate actively with the Marketing Team in promotional activities and support project visits for prospective clients. ✔ Assist prospective customers during project/site visits, provide relevant information, and address their questions regarding available plots and projects. ✔ Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management. ✔ Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with team members to improve sales and marketing activities. ✔ Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales initiatives. ✔ Track daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, client meetings, visits, and conversion progress. ✔ Prepare and submit regular sales and marketing reports to the immediate supervisor or management. ✔ Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, providing clear and timely responses throughout the sales process. ✔ Perform other relevant sales, marketing, business development, and client relationship management duties as assigned by management.
